The operating premise

Trade visibility without surrendering authority

FNT establishes common participation standards and gives approved participants a controlled view of available supply and documented need. Participants make their own commercial arrangements and rely on their own governing authorities for movement approval.

FNT does not create legal authority for cannabis commerce. It organizes participant readiness, introductions, notices, chain-of-custody records, exceptions, and program accountability.

Program sequence

A clear path from inquiry to closeout

  1. 01Qualify

Submit authority, license, facility, registration, and operating information for Board review.

  2. 02Publish

Approved participants post current surplus or shortage listings with price and testing status.

  3. 03Connect

Initial interest routes through FNT before participants negotiate terms directly.

  4. 04Authorize

The participating parties and their governing authorities approve and arrange movement.

  5. 05Track

FNT preserves notices, custody events, testing, receipt, reconciliation, and closeout records.

  • Separate evidence for each classification
  • Each movement follows one pathway
  • Annual status review

Common operating controls

The record follows the product

Exceptions
